Baby With Amazing Hair Sparks Funny Meme Battle… or is it?

What started innocently as a photo being sharing on Imgur, has launched into a meme battle on Reddit.

Imgur user Double_Cross_Gener shared a picture of her baby cousin with a full head of hair swept to one side, with the caption, ‘hair like a news anchorman’.

Rather than admire the tot, internet users decided to change the baby’s face so the hair could match the faces from Harry Potter to Will Ferrell including an advertisement for a bottle of shampoo.

 

 

 

 

 

The Reddit Thread “Photoshop Battles” shows the full extent of the competition with people trying to come up with the best baby meme.

The question needs to be asked if this is harmless fun or if we should be more concerned about the images we share of our babies and children online? So far everyone is seeing the funny side… but we’d love to know what you think?
