Recall for Bonds Baby Suits Purchased from Bonds Outlets

Bonds have made a national recall on their Bodysuits, Stretchies, Signature, Zip Romper and Zip Wondersuits sold through their outlet stores in Queensland and Victoria.

The baby garments don’t carry the required warning label about the material’s fire standards. The label is a mandatory standard on all children’s nightwear and limited daywear as per AS/NZS 1249:2003.

The concern is that consumers will be unaware of the fire danger rating. All the affected garments have a low fire rating but the label must be on the garments.
Customers are asked to cease using the product and return it to Bonds for a full refund.

The garments were sold between the 19th August 2016 to 10th September 2016. The stores that sold the defected garments are: Bonds Outlet Stores – DFO Essendon (Vic); DFO South WHarf (Vic); Harbour Town Regional Shopping Centre, Gold Coast (Qld).
