Two photos that were shared to announce a couple’s pregnancy has gone viral after it included a funny twist.

Back in February, Kevin shared a photo of himself and his wife Melissa announcing their pregnancy. Melissa was hunched over the toilet as if being sick from morning sickness, and Kevin held up a blackboard that read “We’re pregnant.”

The second photo as part of the announcement shared a hilarious twist with Kevin swapping places with Melissa who holds the sign to say they are expecting triplets!

Melissa found inspiration for the pregnancy announcement on Pinterest. They didn’t expect when they uploaded it to Imgur for it to have had more than 424,000 views (as of today).

“It caught fire so fast that a lot of people we knew found out online before we had even had a chance to send the announcement to them directly,” Kevin said.

The triplets were born on June 28. Melissa gave birth to three boys and Kevin told The Huffington Post he was super proud of his wife.

“My wife is a rock star and did such an excellent job keeping herself and the babies healthy and continues to amaze me with how strong she is and how great of a mother she already is,” he said.
