Jacs Smith from Timaru in New Zealand was horrified recently when she returned to her car to discover an incredibly offensive handwritten note which had been left on the windscreen.
Jacs’ two year old son Luca has a number of health problems due to his premature birth and as a result Jacs has a disabled parking permit which was on display the day the note was left.
Of the incident, Jacs says:
“It’s atrocious, especially to people that know Luca. He’s got a tracheostomy, hes’ got a little hole in his neck. He’s over two and he’s not walking…. If only she looked in the car window properly, she would have spotted the parking permit!” she said. Jacs believes she knows who left the offensive note after she received a couple of strange looks when parking her car. She says:
“If she knew the journey which we have been through since my precious miracle was born, I am not sure if she saw my son, even though it is not visible that he does have disability issues… I would so love for her to know about our life since our son was born. Then I am sure she would have had a second through before writing the note.”
