Dad Passes Away Before Meeting His Baby Girl, But She Smiles When Placed in His Motorcycle Gloves

Kathryn Seable Williams experienced a heartbreaking loss a month before her daughter, Audrey was born. Her partner and father to her unborn baby, Hector Daniel Ferrer Alvarez, was killed by ‘someone he considered as a friend.’

Despite the tragedy, Kathryn was determined for her baby to know how much her dad loved her.

Hector loved riding motorcycles and knew they were dangerous to ride. He took precautions to ensure he rode his motorcycles with safety in mind, especially in the lead up to the birth of his daughter, but the extra effort was made in vain.

Kathryn gave birth to gorgeous Audrey, without her partner by her side, but the mum was given an incredible gift of a photo that has captured the world and has been viewed over 7 million times.

Kathryn’s grandma hired professional photographer, Kim Stone, to take pictures of Audrey as Kathryn was an ‘emotional wreck’.

What the photographer produced will be a beautiful memory for Kathryn and her family as they grieve the loss of her partner and the father to her baby girl.

Kim used Hector’s riding gloves and helmet as part of the props for the photo shoot.

The gloves easily enveloped the newborn Audrey, and as she was placed in the gloves, Audrey gave the tiniest smile. Kim was able to capture this beautiful moment on camera.

She shared in a Facebook post, “They say that angels are talking to babies when they smile in their sleep.”

Who knows if it was Hector talking to his baby girl while she slept, but she definitely felt safe and happy in his gloves.
