Mum Delivers Quadruplets in Four Minutes via C-Section

For anyone who has had a c-section delivery, the operation can take any length of time depending on how many babies need to be birthed and any complications the medical team need to deal with in order to get the babies out.

One mum in America is gave birth to 4 babies in 4 minutes via c-section.

Katie and Chris Muchard embraced the news when they were told they were expected quadruplets.

The first 20 weeks of pregnancy went well for Katie, but the next 10 weeks, she was put on bed rest. By week 30 she felt exhausted and began to feel ill.

Thinking she have had a blood clot, she rushed to hospital where doctors saw a complication with Katie’s placenta. The medical team decided to deliver all four babies via c-section.

The delivery went well and all four babies were born within 4 minutes. There were three boys, Brian, Owen, and Mason and one girl, Lillian who was the littlest, yet the strongest out of the 4 babies.

All four babies spent time in NICU with the happy couple thanking everyone for their kind wishes for the birth of their babies.

“Thank you everyone for all the well wishes on our babies! I just was able to experience the greatest thing in life meeting my babies for the first time and seeing their dad light up changing their diapers!”
