As a busy mum juggling everything that life and motherhood throws at me, I often find that meal times can be a little chaotic, so I am always on the search for great easy quick recipes and love anything that helps make this a little easier. Therefore I love any opportunity to try new things…especially if they promise to bring quick, delicious and healthy options to the table.

Over the past few weeks I have been testing out the George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill and it brought some unexpected but very welcomed pleasures to our home. The George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill has provided us with some effortless mealtime delights, most with a healthy twist.

Our first test was a delicious weekend breakfast with all of our favorites, which are usually a rare treat as there is nothing I dislike more that scraping greasy dirty pans…argh, I opened up the grill completely flat to make the most of the double sides and threw on some bacon, halloumi, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, followed up by some eggs….yum! Over the following weeks, we tried out a number of meals on the George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill, such as garlic vegetable kebabs, juicy peppered steaks, lemon peppered salmon, healthy home made burgers, all of which were a huge success with the whole family. The George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill has Floating hinges, which allowed me to cook a wide variety of food thicknesses when it is pressed as a contact grill, which really sped up the cooking time, helping out on those days we are time poor. My kid’s favorite though, was creating toasted sandwiches…so simple yet so perfect for lunchtime on the weekend when we are dashing between sports and activities! My kids would even argue about who got to eat the melted chess that had gone golden and crunchy on the grill and so I found myself sprinkling a little extra cheese on the grill to keep the peace.

I was really surprised at how evenly, quick and easily everything cooked and more so that I didn’t need to use any oils! I really liked that the food all tasted full of flavor, which I put down to the lack of added grease and the slopped design, which takes away 42% of the fat and makes a noticeable difference.

The George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill is really versatile, allowing me to choose between using the flat plate like a griddle or close it to use as a contact grill, meaning that I had a wide variety of choices for healthier meal options. The temperature control and indicator light when ready took a lot of the guess work out of the cooking, which allowed me to time my cooking fairly accurately whilst multi-tasking with all those other jobs a Mum needs to do. I found that the George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill was so portable and adaptable that even the kids could help at the breakfast bar and my husband has even put it on our camping list to take with us on our next trip.

The best bit for me had yet to come though!! I was a little skeptical at first that this grill would actually be as easy to clean as it promised, so when I removed the plates expecting a minimal amount of scrubbing to be involved, I was quick take back when I merely wiped once and few bits left over of the plates just literally slid off…I was so surprised in fact that I insisted that my husband came to see. I think it would be safe to say that I have never had a kitchen appliance that is so easy to clean and look after and despite the many meals we have cooked on the George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill, the many times it has been through the dishwasher it amazingly still looks brand new!

The George Foreman Convertible Easy To Clean Grill makes meal times effortless and has been a huge asset to our kitchen and mealtime preparation. The versatility makes meal times fun and healthy for the whole family and the easy to clean non-stick surface makes meal preparation and cleaning the grill a breeze.
