It was a terrifying moment for a new Mother when her newborn baby was stolen from a hospital in India, only to be returned 24 hours later with a note saying sorry.
CCTV footage shows a woman taking the baby from the nursery wing of the hospital. When doctor’s spotted her, she told them she was taking the baby to it’s Mother to be fed.
Thankfully, the baby was found on the steps of a nearby temple with a note attached saying, “Please give this child to RNT nursery. Sorry.”
Police are still trying to identify the woman but think that she may be a Mother who recently lost a child.
The baby was taken to intensive care for a health check and is said to be doing great.
